Tenosaha, an Indian maiden of the Musquakie tribe, is the main witness who will be relied upon to x^rove that Frank Earl murdered Johnson Sepo an Indian policeman on the Tama reservation. The alleged murderer is also an Indian. Both were suitors for the hand of Tenosaha, and jealousy is thought to have been the motive of the murder. /
