■ HUNTINGTONDanese man gets 27 months for conspiracy to distribute cocaineHassel Lee Toney, 45, of Danese, was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Huntington to 27 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine.Toney pleaded guilty in February, admitting he conspired with Robert Lee Arbaugh to have 230 grams of cocaine delivered to Toney’s residence for further sale.Arbaugh, who also pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charge, was sentenced in June to 18 months in prison.The Tri-Lateral Drug Enforcement Network Team (TRIDENT) conducted the investigation.— Compiled from staff and wire reports
