'Arthur James Williams. 53. was released on $10,000 bail with two sureties, ordered to report once a week to Ladysmith RCMP and ordered not to leave B.C.Raymond Albert Ridge. 30, was released on $2,500 bail with one surety.Judge E.J. C. Stewart, sit-ling in Victoria as a local mdge of the Supreme Court, granted the bail after both men applied for a review of a detention order made Aug. 17 in Duncan.They are accused, along with Dale Stuart Elliott, of two counts of conspiracy to traffic in MDA between Feb. 1, 1975, and Aug. 18, 1977. in Nanaimo. Vancouver, New Westminister and elswhere in B.C.Named as conspirators but not charged are Roy Dennis Bugeaud, Joseph Andrew Schultz, ‘Michael Elliott and Donald Joseph Bohun.Williams, Dale Stuart Elliott and Ridge are jointly accused of two counts of trafficking.Williams and Ridge are jointly accused of two counts of trafficking while Williams and Dale Stuart Elliott are jointly accused of two counts of trafficking.•Altogether, there are eight counts in the charge. The six charges of. trafficking are alleged to have occurred at various times this year.
