Judge Ben Moore Metes Out TermsA total of 13 “left-over” cases from the recent term of federal court were disposed of by Judge Ben Moore during “come back day” proceedings Friday.The following dispositions were made: William C. Acord, in military service, case to be dismissed if he is discharged honorably; Sanford T. Wills, three years probation; Clifford F. Waddell, three yeans probation; John William Bradford, dismissed; Winifred Cook, three years probation; William Fred Goff, three years probation; Noah Nary, dismissed; John Sbamblen, three years probation; Millard Staples, sick, continued to January 1, 1946 in Blue-field; Opie Jennings, 6 months in Ashland; Melvin Shrewsbury, one year, six months in Ashland; William Franklin Bullins, three years probation; and one juvenile case, lot proceeded with.In dismissing one of the cases fudge Moore admonished the man, ‘Your experience should have ■ aught you not 4o use-moonshine I
