Mrs, Rosenthal had been living at 168 Bloomfield street, Newark, and had gone to the Bronx on a visit.The street sweeper which killed Mrs. Rosenthal was drawn by two horses that becamef lightened by the whistling of a locomotive and dashed upon the sidewalk. Mrs Rosenthal was knocked down and her skull fractured. She was dead when a a anibu-lancec amef rom the Fordham hospital. The body was taken to the Fordham Morgue, where it was Identified last night by Judge Rosenthal,Louis Goldsmith, a driver in the Department of Street Cleaning, was in charge of the sweeper.
