Evidence Against Winslow.CTn the case of William Winslow, now lodged in the county jail charged with the murder of Edward TUton, vr\10 was found dead in his wagon in front of Highland Park college last Wednesday night, the preliminary hearing will be held before Judse Silvara in pohvar court aext Wed- j S ncsday afternoon. When he was: o arrested and taken to the police station, however, he refused to make any admissions or statements concerning the affair to the officers. Chief Johnson ordered him placed in a solitary cell and instructed S that he be allowed to talk to no one.
