Henry Ackerman Sues the 8. M N Electric Road Company.Henry Ackerman, through his nextof km, Mary Ackerman, on Monday brought suit in the courts of Brie county against the H. M. lt;fc N. electric railroadCompany for 92,500 damages. Plaintiff states m his petition that he sustained severe injuries on account of the negligence of the employes of that road. He avers that the trolly pole of a car run nlng over that line left the wire, shooting upward breaking a telegraph wire, which was forced across the trolly wire, onto his premises and that whib* attempting to prevent himself from com ing in direct contact with it, his hand was burned to such an extent as to cause him to pay 9200 for medical attendance; i ha* ins band has been rendered useless. }0.
