John Daunt was arrested yesterday afternoon by Officers Hallam and Flynn at the instigation of Mrs. Fenton. He was charged with being drunk and disorderly, and she claimed he threw rocks at the door of her house, on Southgate street and Central avenue. He gave bail. It was but a couple of hours until Daunt procured a warrant for Maurice Fenton’s arrest on the same charge. Both will have a trial before Judge Dumont ' this morning. i
