Three convicted in gang slayingSAN JOSE (UPI) - Three men were convicted Wednesday of the ?xecution-style' slaying of Flavio Garza, 25. of Morgan Hill, reportedly the target of the Nuestra Familia, a Mexican-American prison gang.A jury of nine men and three women found the trio guilty. The defendants were Cesar Ramez Gu-utierrez, 25, of Sanger; Frank Johr, Reyes, 26. of Selma; and Antonio Tony Rocha, 25, of San Jose.During the trial a Morgan Hill police officer testified that he had witnessed the killing of Garza near his place of employment.Another witness said Garza had been ordered eliminated by the prison gang.
