THREE CONFESS TO ARSON PLOTMen Arrested After Fire Destroys Home in North Racine.Burning of a home in North Racine, owned by Ray LaMotte, 40, on Aug. 15, after the place had been damaged in a previous fire on May 31, led to an investigation on the part of William A. Green-wald, deputy state fire marshal, who today swore out warrants for the arrest of three men. All are charged under Sec. 343.01 with arson.
