ROBBER CAUGHT MAKING HAULThe W. A. McAninch grocery- store • on west Sixth street was broken into 1 last night by Jake Robinson and heVj was caught by the police in the act of | robbing the store.At 10:40 the police were notified by the telephone company' that they | thought some one was in the grocery j store. Officers Joe Collins, Oscar Hall . and Joseph Judah made a quick run-in the automobile t Cue store where I they found a window on the west side raised through which they entered. Coin through the store they found Robinson riding behind some barrels. Collins commanded him to get up. holding up his hands. While rising, Robinson -aid. Well Joe, you have got me this time.This store has been robbed several ♦hues lately and the police are to becommended or. the haul they have made. Robinson is in jail awaiting a it earing before the grand jury at the corning term of Circuit Court.
