Daniel L. Schoen and Erin M. Schoen1976-2008Daniel L. Schoen, age 32, passed away Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008. Tech. Sgt. Schoen was born in Durango, Col., July 16,1976, and is the oldest of six children. Dan is the son of Shari Martinez and the late Dennis Martinez of Aztec, N.M.Dan graduated in May 1995 from Aztec High School where hewas a member of thehigh school football and wrestling teams.He also enjoyed racing mini sprint cars. He entered the Air Force on Aug. 30,1995, and was most recently stationed at Hurlburt Field.Fla., with the 1 SOAMXS, 4th AMU Production Section.Dan was an avid body builder and has won multiple titles in competitions. Dan was also a dedicated father and husband.
