ARRANGE NARCOTIC LAW VIOLATORSDanville, 111., Sept. 6—Dr. William Zorger and Mrs. Charles Miller of £ Champaign, Indicted jointly for con- t spiracy to violate the Harrison'narcotic act, were arraigned today In the United States district court here * and furnished bonds, Zorger for M»* 000, and Mrs. Miller for *2,000. The doctor was also Indicted separaftely for violation of the narcotic law.
