WARRANT FOR YOUTH.CtJeKse Littoral Receives* Wound* U hile Stealing Wire, 1* Charge.factaAObbThe Empire District Electric Company conducted au investigation Fri-day to throw light on the cause of J the severe burns received by Jesee Litteral, who Btated that they had been received through coming in contact with a live wire.For some time the company has known that it was being robbed of a quantity of copper and lead wire, but could find no trace of the thieves.Will Chandler, the boy who it was learned accompanied Litteral on the night of the accident, was questioned by the attorneys employed by the Empire company and he made a sworn confession, stating that the burns were received by his companion while he was trying to steal somecopper wire.According to Chandler's statement, be was some distance away when Litteral was burned and saw a flash at the top of a pole supporting three strands of copper wire, and saw Litteral fall to the ground.A warrant was prepared for the arrest of Litteral, but when Berved by Deputy Sheriff J. A.
