PARKER, ET ALS.A suit to recover lands in Mobile county and in which the defendants are charged with false pretenses, was filed yesterday afternoon in chancery court by Francis J. Parker, August Parker, Octavia Hill, Ambrose Parker, Theodore Parker, Randolph Parker. Irwin Parker, Marguerite Parker, Felix Parker and Joseph F. Parker, against Chariea G. Ollinger and WalterK. Lin scott.In the papers filed it is charged thatby false pretenses the defendants caosed the plaintiffs to sign over to them certain lands in Mobile county.They charge that the defendants did cause them to sell the lands through the representation that they would pay the sum at $2,000 one year after the sale was made on account and that they had failed to do so.Attached to the bill of complaint is a copy of the papers of indenture filed in the probate court of the city of Mobile on February 4, 1909, between the heirs of Larina Parker, deceased, and the defendants, according to which the defendants contracted to pay the sum of $5,800 for the lands.lt;t1]1
