Loyless, and the said Loyless having fled', Talb from justice. 1 therefore hnve thought proper to issue this my proclamation offering a reward of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS 10 any persou or persons who uiay apprehend and deliver the said Loyless to the Sheriff or Jailor of said county—And 1 do moreover charge and require al! officers civil and military in this State, to be vigilant in endeavoring to apprehend the said Redditi J.
