The entire day waa apent in arrang-log the docket and hearing motiona. The docket for thia term ia about the uaual length. It la compoaed of aixteen criminal casetc, thirty-three court caaea and twenty-four civil Jury caaea. Twenty-three of the court caaea are divorce aulta.The criminal caaea will be dlapoaed of flrat. Priaonera to be tried will be brought to Ualena tomorrow and placed In the city Jail. The caae of Henry Littoral charged with the murder of hie brother will be the only murder trial to be taken up this term.
