Mr. Eddyclaims that Flaherty ib insane, anil that the defense will prove it.The following from a Bloomington special gives the pedigree of the vie-tirn’s family:The tragic death of Hattie Wilsonof Wheeler, t .is county, at Huron on the 27th. is but a continuation uf aseries of tragedies that greatly excit ed this community in June last. Hattie Wilson was the daughter of George F. Bailey, who was killed at Bloomington in Juue, while trying to take a child awTay from Mr. Wilson.Hattie Wilson nee Bailey, was themother of the child, and the divorced wife of Wilson's son. She married young Wilson, and after living together for a short time a separation took place, Wilson going to and his wife to the bad. A child wasborn to the pair, and when they parted it was left with Geortre I1and wife. After a time young Wilson ordered it into the custody of his parent®, who are respectabl- and wellto-do people of this village. This was done while the old man Bailey and his son Millard were at workCity. On hearing of the change of the custody lt;f the childto yetback.
