Alan W Houck, 18, of 4617 11th Ave C, Moline; John F Havemann, 23, of 4002 35th St., Rock Island, and Carlos DeGryse, 317 2Msth Ave , Silvis, are charged with taking themotorcycle, then disassembling it and selling some of the parts.A forgery indictment is expected against Dorothy Helm, 28, of 1129 Grand Ave, Davenport. She is charged with [cashing an Aid to Dependent Children check belonging to another woman last March.An indictment charging indecent liberties with a child is expected to be sought against Andrew M. Neuner, 27, of 1426 15th Ave., Silvis. Neuner was arrested by Illinois State Police July 31 in Port Byron. He is charged with three offenses on July 14, 25th and 20th.
