Snyder, marshal of Reynolds, jOne of the charges made was that of ; uttering licentious language in the presence of a woman and the other 1 was for provoke on Marshal Snyder. The affidavits were tiled in the court : of Justice E. 0. Smith and Constable I Charles J. Davisson arrested Mr. Casto at his home in Reynolds and brought him to this city, where the trial was held and Casto was convicted about 12:30 Monday morning. The fines and costs in each of the cases amounted to $16. 25, making a total of $32.50, which Mr. Casto paid.
