This toll-free number must be called to become eligible for any cash rewards.Ingersoll is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police in Montours-ville, Lycoming County, for possession and delivery of controlled substances and criminal conspiracy.These charges are the result of an undercover narcotics investigation conducted between April and October 1981. It is alleged that large amounts of marijuana and hashish were sold in the Williamsport area of Lycoming County by Ingersoll and others.The accomplices have all been arrested and brought to trial. An arrest warrant was issued for Inger-sol in June 1983, but he has not been apprehended to date.Ingersoll, who has the nicknames Trapper, and Trapper John, has also used the alias of James Benjamin, He is described as a white male, age 37, with brown hair and eyes, and a ruddy complexion, He is 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds.Ingersoll has worked as a carpenter in the past. He has relatives or associates in the Allentown-White-hall area of Northampton County, Milford, Pike County, Tannersville, Monroe County and Philadelphia.
