d.ielen-y.Warrant Issued For Buck HoldrenOAK HILL — A felony warrant, sworn by Richard Motley. Tralee mine foreman, was issued for Buck Holdren of Moss'y by Magistrate Virgil Lyons Tuesday.Holdren is free on bond from th Oak Hill City Jail, following his arrest Saturday for assault and battery, destruction of property, and drunkenness. He was arrested by Chief William Bellew, and Patrolman Jack Long, after allegedly starting a brawl in front v of the Madrid Club about 10 p.m. Saturday.According to the police, Holdren had attacked Motley with rocks, damaging Motley’s car, and breaking Motley's hand in several places, Holdren, too, was treated for a head injury, apparently from being knocked down on the rocky road by Motley, who testified at City Police Court Monday night that Holdren had forced himself into Motley’s car, parked in front of the Madrid.Holdren has not yet appeared to answer to the city authorities. His wife says he went to Charleston to be treated by a doctor.
