The court described fill milk as a product in which a substitute has been used for nilk fat and milk.The court said the company’s products are wholesome, nutrit-ritious. uninjurious, unadulterated and beneficial,’' They are not sold “in imitation or semblance of milk.“We are unable to see how the buying public could be deceived into thinking that they were buy-mg milk when purchasing re-spondent’s products. We have reached the conclusion that respondent’s products sold in this state do not come within the prohibition of our filled milk statutes.
