Strikes bridgeCUMBERLAND - A Henderson Avenue man was cited for driving while intoxicated andnegligent driving after the pickup truck he was operating slammed into the temporary Wiley Ford bridge early Monday morning.Richard Troy Oliver, 27, 639 Henderson Avenue, was arrested by Ptl. David Broadwater after he lost control of the 1987 Ford pickup truck he was driving and collided with the east side of the bridge.Neither Oliver, nor an unidentified passenger in his vehicle, sustained injuries from the 2:41 am. mishap.
