Parry, accused of performing an Illegal operation, commit*, ted suicide in the jail here yesterday i by severing his Jugular vein with apenknife.Borchers is charged with being an accessory before the fact. Bail is to be fixed later today.Miss Foley's body, after having lain all night in the home of Mrs. Magdalena Med re 11a, midwife, untouched, was found yesterday when the coroner was notified by a brother of Mrs. Medrella.Mrs. Medrella, after questioning by authorities, named Dr. Parry and he was arrested for questioning.After his arrest, Dr. Parry denied j that he had performed the operation, saying that it was done in Pittsburgh.
