Victim’s name releasedWICHITA SUPI) - Police Sun-day released the name of an Andover man who was fatally shot during a dispute Friday night.The victim was identified as Timothy Scott Hargadine, 19, police said. He was shot around 11 *.30 p.m. Friday and was pronounced dead at St. Joseph Medical Center about 30 minutes later, said police Capt. John Dotson.A 20*year*old Wichita man was being held in connection with the shooting, Dotson said. The case will be presented to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office Tuesday for the possible filing of charges.Dotson said an argument. apparently broke out between the occupants of two cars when someone made an obscene gesture. The victim was shot with a ,30-30-calibcr rifle.
