J. W. Miller. 28. Ada.Miller, arraigned late Thursday after the filing of the charges against him in Peace Justice Wilbur P. Lee’s court, pleaded notguilty. He is being held in the county jail without bond.The complaint against Miller, signed by H. T. Gay, state highway patrolman, who investigated the accident, claims that Miller was driving while intoxicated, second and subsequent offense, which constitutes a felony.(According eto the complaint. August 30* on SH 99 about a half mile north of Ada.Pybas was riding a motorcycle and was en route to downtown Ada when Miller, traveling behind the cyclist crashed into thethe motorcycle. Gav said.*Pybas suffered a broken neck and a fractuied skull. Investigators said Pybas had been to the Car Hop Drive-in and was returning to downtown Ada when the accident occurred.
