Both the grand and petit jurors reported to Judge Robert W. Jen nings at 10 o'clock this morning for the September term of court. Seventeen grand jurors answered this morning, four were excused and an open venice was ordered for twelve persons to serve as grand juryman and to report this afternoon. Of the fourteen petit jurors who an swered, two were excused until Sep tember 15 and the others were or dered to report tomorow morning. ‘The case of the United States ra, John Gaslow, accused of murder to ‘the first degree, was postponed until September 15. ‘The case of Annie Gerritson v. Joseph Gerritzon was begun ons morning and argued In the court by Ralph B. Robertson, attorney for the Satentass, and John Rustgard, plaint representative. It was continued by afternoon. Harold F. Dawes made up to the court to be admitted to the and Judge Jennings, an examining committee, J. H. Cobb, John R. Winn, Ralph K. Robertson, Steve Ragen, assistant United States District Attorney at Ketchikan has arrived to assist District Attor ney James A. Smiser during September term of court.
