’Squire Joseph W. Streeter was seen by a reporter of this paper and told of the trouble. “Barton pitched on my son-in-law, Barton Arms. When I got to the scene of the fight the two men were down and Barton had a knife in his hands. My part in the fight was to keep Barton from using his weapon. The trouble between us and Barton started over some falsehoods and the action of the Barton boys.”Mrs. Streeter bus filed a charge of provocation against Barton, Mrs. Arms, her daughter, has filed charges of provocation against Barton and Mrs. Barton, and Mrs. Ollie Stotz, her other daughter, has filed charges of provocation against Barton and Mrs. Barton. Arms has .filed a charge of assault and battery against Barton.The charge of assault and battery against Streeter will be heard before ’Squire Kellams at 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon. The case of Arms will be at 9 o’clock. The case of Streeter againft Barton has been_,venued to ’Squire Wallace’s court.
