Dulworth, 38, of Morgantown. Ind., and Robert E. Fowler, 27, of Tipton, Ind.Both men originally had been sentenced on bank robbery charges, but Dulworth was back k in prison on a parole violation charge, serving a term of more than 13 years.Fowler had served about two ej years of a six-year-term, hav-e ing been originally sentenced for bank robbery at Indian-n apolis on Aug. 20, 1968.Dulworth is described as a white male, 5-9J/2 in height and weighing 190 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and the number 13 tattooed at the base of his left thumb.Fowler, a white male with red hair and blue eyes, stands 6-3 and weighs 133 pounds.
