Hicksville Driver Faces Hit-Skip Of Boy Cyclist; Six Truckers FinedSix drivers were fined for overloading and a seventh motorist was cited to court Tuesday by the state patrol for failureto stop after hitting a boy cyclist.Maynard Zuber, 35, Hicksville, Is scheduled to appear next Wednesday before Justice G. J. p. Louys. Patrolman said his Car struck Cecil Herron, 13, rt. 1, Sherwood, Sunday, bruising the boy’s leg. The lad straddled his bicycle waiting for an-i other youth at the Baltimore and Ohio railroad crossing on a county road, between Delaware j Bend and Sherwood when brushed by Zuber’s automobile,Itit was said.The front wheel of the bicycle was damaged.Young Herron turned the license number of tne car over to patrolmen after the accident.Mayor E. J. Masters, Pioneer, assessed six truck drivers $25 fines and $4.60 costs each Tuesday when they appeared from [a check being made by the pa-‘trol on route 20 near Pioneer.They were: Steve Lovas, 28, Detroit; Chalmers Hilton, 30, Eagle Lake, Fla.; Morris Rose, 13, Albany, N. T.; Ray Swank-louse. 36, Ottawa; Ossie May. 4, Winter Haven, Fla,; and Sari Bigelow, 35, Fremont.
