The jury l^g Dan Lawson. charged wftlr thp murder of Tom Williams, reported Uial they were unable to agree on a verdict and were discharged by Judge R. S. Bobo yesterday. Tom Williams was found In the woods on Brush Creek in Jufto. 1317. Isom Lawson. Dan Lawson and Green Lawson, brothers, were indicted for h;s murder, a conspiracy also was charged against these defendants. Isom Lawson was tried at a former term of the Knox Circuit Court and given a life sentence. The trial of Dan has. lasted seven days resulting in ithuns Jury.
