Haul, county investigator, said to-day.Burton Changes StoryMr, Kuhl said that Mrs. Burton wrote five “farewell” letters to her five children and one to a niece. In each of the letter* she accused Joseph Burton of firing the fatal shots and told her children that he got her into the trouble. She declared she was not guilty and expressed love for her children, calling them affectionate names. In closing each letter she appealed to her children to be good.Joseph Burton, when examined again by Mr. Kahl today, changed a portion of his story. He now says that Grover boss fired the shot and hid the gun under some i*ajerx within 00 feet of the house.
