Anderson Mincer surrendered himself to the Sheriff at Sedialia, Mo., last week, and Lafe Colgrove brought him back last Sunday evening; Anderson is quietly reposing in the jail. Lafe offered 1100 rewarded for his arrest, who is entitled to the reward, Mincer or the Sheriff
