Now Hirscli Brings Salt*Justice ot the Peace H. G. White this morning issued a summons in a suit in-stufced against the Citizens’ Mutual Life Insurance Company, of Atlantic Citj, by William C Hirsch, of tins city, a former assistant superintendent of the company. Hirsch is suing to recover some two hundred dollars of salary, which he claims is due him. Hirsch was arrested recently on a charge of embezzlement preferred against him by officers of the company for moneys of the concern which he is accused of retaining Hirsch admits the retention of the money, but claims it is dueafor salary, and the suit itstituted by him tins morning is to establish this claim legally. He is being represented by J. L. Conerd ns counsel.
