;erv-teryraveransItedbems-meofThird Husband Claims Share Of FortuneHOUSTON (UPI) - The third husband of Candace Mossier, the flamboyant millionairess who died of a drug overdose in Florida Tuesday, has given notice he will fight for a share of her $30 million fortune.Barnett Garrison, whom Mrs. Mossier married in 1971 after winning acquittal on charges she murdered her second husband, has told Probate Judge Pat Gregory the couple’s 1975 divorce was never final.Lawyers for Garrison, 38, who was crippled in a mysterious fail from his wife's bedroom window', based his claim on evidence that, although a divorce decree was issued last November, division of property remained unsettled.Attorneys for Mrs. Mossier, the 62-year-old farmgirl-turned-soeialite who resumed using her second husband's name after divorcing Garrison, said no special probate court action would be required because a clear will would be filed soon.Mrs. Mossier was found dead in a Miami Beach hotel room she had rented while conducting some business.
