Enters Not Guilty Plea To Service Act ChargeMILWAUKEE, Oct. 29 —A')—Ernst Goerncr, 62, pleaded innocent in federal court Tuesday toa charge c* counselling evasion of the selective service act and was released on $1,000 bail pending a jury trial next month.Bail money was provided by three unnamed women, brought to court by Goerner’s wife after Judge F. Ryan Duffy had reducedthe amount from $5,000.Goerner, arrested at his home here by federal bureau of investigation agents Aug. 8, acted as hisown attorney at the court proceedings.
