Marsh, was taken iinto custody Monday of this weekand was placed under ยง1500.an lvr.ui which ho furnished and lie is now at liberty awaiting the action of the grand jury. The officers found Unit the business was well established, customer* making calls while the raid was in progress. One voting man insisted in getting the pint that lie had ordered for delivery rhr.f evening. When lie arrived, it is alleged that he asked for Mr, Marsh and being laid that lie could not see Marsh, made known his wants and demanded that Sheriff Upham wait on him as the lad was not aware that the place was under a raid. Forty gallons of mash was foiuid also four cases of home brew. When Marsh was asked to open his tsafc, he refused. A man was procured from Waterloo who was able to open the safe. In the safe was found 4gallons of alleged alcohol.
