Robbins’s “Sunday School” class, ora part of them, appeared in open court this morning and entered pleas of guilty to selling intoxicating liquor without a f license. The seven men to plead guilty to the charge were Deo ;MHardebeck, Boaz Deraaree, Ollie ^Robbins, James Miller, Mort Dee, £Guy Brooks and Harry Hallworth. ^gEach was fined #50 and costs, ■Jzwhich make the individual fines cgruu about #63. Most of the men fjgsurreudered their Government -glicenses to State’s Attorney Rob-^ifbins, two of the men claiming they sfdid not possess any. aB It is the agreement between the ^jfdeputy prosecutor and the men who paid the fines this morning, e?that this action wipes the slate clean against them; also that the ‘•Pother liquor cases pending will be e?nollied. Specifically these are the aTgrand jury indictments returned dffsome months ago and which ^Fcharged operating blind tigers. j§ William Brooks was arrested late ^Thursday afternoon by Deputy 'e/Sheriff Grover DeMoss. on an affi-sjdavit charging selling liquor without a license. He gave a bond of t-* $200 for bis appearance in court LdJJsotne time today. His fine, no a’?doubt, wilt be the same as the te^others.An affidavit was filed this morn-h^ing against Charles Moore, charg-uFjJug selling without a license.
