Smith, on the allegation that she discovered soon after their ;marriage that he was a professional crook and pickpocket, tho he had represented himself to her as a ^nusl-clan and a law abiding citizen.She does not know the present resi-idence of her husband and says she left him as soon as she made the discovery of his perfidy.
