Second Jockey Freed Of Perjury ChargesHAMILTON, Ontario, Oct. 26—ffl --Magistrate Beamer W. Hopkins Friday withdrew a charge of perjury against 20ycir-o!d George Thompson, one of the two Hami]. ton jockeys charged in the judicial proceedings before the Ontario racing commission last August.The charge against Gordon Cox, 19, the other jockey, was withdrawn til a Toronto court Thursday.
