Flynn filed a sweeping denial of Mrs. Hassau*s allegations in Superior court, includinga lengthy affidavit in oppositionto the 21 -year-old Los Angeles housewife s demands for $l,75o a month support flt; r her child, Marilyn, plus $5,000 hospital expenses.Flynn declared that Mrs. Hassau had no right to call her childby the name of Flynn, since theinfants birth certificate was recorded under the name of Evans, and that there was no chance that he was the father of her child.By GUS EDSON
