Charges of assault against Armand Knapp, 18 year old film studio worker, were dismissed Monday after Hetty Hansen, 17, told Judge Byron Waiters she had not been intimate with h i m.Screen Star Errol Flynn, charged with assaulting Miss Hansen and Peggy Satterle when she was 15, will appear for preliminary hearing Nov. 2. Morrie Black, 22, and Joseph Geraldi, 20, last Friday were ordered held for trial on charges of attacking Miss Hansen. IKnapp admitted he took her to the party, at which Flynn is charged with attacking her, but he denied violating the California law which makes intimate relations with minors a crime, even tho consent is gained.
