Carl von this morning and entered pleas of not guilty.In connection with the shotgun blast which brought minor facial wounds for Milton Schlos-20. 5611 19th Ave. Hall wassc rl-charged with causing injury by the negligent handling of a weapon. On that charge. Hall's bond was set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 propertyMaximum penalty for the of fense is $1,000 fine and/or one year imprisonment. A preliminary examination will he held Nov. 10.onHall also pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor, intentionally pointing a firearm at or toward another person. Bond on that charge was sot at $150 by the court. According to statements from the young hunter group, Milton Hall and his brother, Arthur Hall, both of the Silvernail Rd., Paris Township, were in the south east corner of the field.The youths, in their statements to Warden Winnie and Chief Sheriff's Investigator William Schmitt, said Hall ran toward them ordering them from the field and shouting in a loudvoice. They reported that, as he ran toward them, he carried a shotgun leveled from his hip The gun discharged and six pellets struck Schlosser in the face with sufficient force to break the skin. Pellets hit Nichols on the left leg hut his clothing stopped them. Schlosser ran from the field, and the other youths started to leave the area.Their statements charged that Hall later approached them and threatened Tweed with his gun.
