LOCAL MAN HELD ON SERIOUS CHARGEELIJAH ISAACS UNDER $500 BOND CHARGED WITH CRIMINALASSULT.In Judge Godfrey’s court this afternoon the case of the People vs. Klljtth Isaacs was continued until November 1 at 2 o’clock.The defendant who is accused of criminal assault upon Kuth Grace Jones, Ills stepdaughter, was lodged in jail until he could furnish a bond in the-sum of five hundred dollars.The complaint was sworn to by tilsie Poltz another step-daughter andthe continuance was had this afternoon because of the failure of procuring witnesses.
