Bicycle StolenOhas. Dalke left his blcyole at the home of Ed win Jacobs, 819 South Eighth street yesterday while at sohool. On his return at noon it was missing and believing the wheel had been stolen it was so reported to Marshal Rigney. Late in the afternoon the offioer found the oldest son of Steve Frazier riding it about town. The lad explained bis possession of the bicycle by stating that a crowd of boy a were arotrad the wheel when he came along and ashed him if be conld ride it. On replying that he conld they told him to take it and he had used it all afternoon.
