is usou 10 reimourso mo reiauer.THE TWELFTH JUROR.Kverythiug In Now Kmd/ for thd Open, luy of the Case of the Little Mine Murder.Pekin, Oct. 22 — [Special.] —At 5:30 this afternoon, in the Tazewell county circuit court, the twelfth juror whs obtainod after three weeks work by the attorneys in the celebrated Little mine riot, that occurred JuneO four miles north of this city, when William Dickson, colored, a workman at the Little coal mine, was shot and mortally wounded and died the next day from his injuries.For the killing of William Dickson the special grand jury indicted the following for murder; John L. Geher, John ftcath-coto, George Potts, Daniel Caddell and Charles Jones. The case against Georgo Potts was uollo proused by the state's attorney Saturday last.Ttlt;e*following are the members of tho jury: J. A. Griffin, of Malone township, farmer; Walter Brown, Delavnn, farmer; A, M. Shivlar, Delavan, carpenter; John 1*. Lurlg, Hittle. farmer; J. M. Fioyd, ilittie, farmer: Frank Drury, Delavan, farmer: L. F. Hawkins, Elm Grove, farm hand; Job a Miller, Malone, farmer; George Van Dyke, Malone, farm hand; Charles McCance, Hopedale, farm hand; Charles Duval, liittle, farmer; A. G. Baoh-tnao, Mackinaw, farmer.When the last juror wasaccopted by both sides the court stated that he would not entertain any more motion for a discharge of the jurors. The court ordered tho jury sworn and Circuit Clerk Champion swore the jury in the case. The attorneys will open the case tomorrow.The attorneys in the case are: For the people, State's Attorney Saltenstali. W. R. Cussan. T. N. Green, W. L. Prettyman. Fur tho defense, George B. Foster.
