Two plead guilty to felony driving while intoxicatedTwo cases were taken care of in 121st District Court with Judge Kelly Moore presiding Monday.Joe Aguilar Gongora pleaded guilty to a charge of felony driving while intoxicated.Gongora was given a three year probated term and his drivers license was suspended for one year.He will also be required to perform 160 hours of community service, serve 10 days in the ferry County Jail and pay the following charges-$750 fine. $229.50 court costs and a $40 per month probation fee.He has received credit for one day served.Gary Lynn George pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated and was given a seven year probated sentence and his drivers' license was suspended for one year.He must perform 160 hours of community service, attend three group sessions and serve 10 days in the Terry County Jail. He has already received credit for 10 days served.George must also pay a $500 fine. $229.50 court costs. 5250 attorney’s fees and a $40 per month probation fee.
