SALOONS AGAIN CLOSEDKeepers as Well as Patrons Attractedto Priest's Mission.The saloons In the vicinity of Forty-third end Halsted streets continued to close last night from 7 to 9 o'clock in accordance with the request of Father M. J. Dorney, pastor of St Gabriel's \ Church. The mission at the church this week is attracting the saloon keepers as well as the patrons. Last Saturday the priest made a canvass of the distrct and askea the proprietors to close up every night during the mission for a couple of hours. It acts as an advertisement for the mission and an Incentive to its attendance. James O’Leary is one of the prominent saloon keepers who is closing nightly but the following stated last night that they intended to remain opeu: Mrs. S. Dolan. 4it»?
