Matthew Buster, has defrauded her out of real estate worth 575,000 clft to her by her first husband. Mary J. Willis filed suit for recovery of her property and $700,000 damages, last week.The case is filed in the U. S. Court of West Virginia. Southern District.Miss Willis was divorced from Buster in 1927.
